It’s common to occasionally feel stuck or unmotivated in life and if you’re feeling this way, you are definitely not alone. The good news is that, through ongoing skilled and supportive guidance, we can help you explore and make tangible goals for now and towards the future, leading to positive personal and/or professional motivation, growth and change.

The benefits of coaching include gaining clarit(about defining your goals) and setting realistic expectations (about what is achievable and how to achieve what you desire). Coaching is relationship-based and it’s all about you. We coach by actively listening and then asking meaningful questions so that you are heard, encouraged to explore thoughts and ideas and create tangible actions, enabling you to be in control of what you want personally and professionally. Areas of growth include:

  • > increased self-esteem, self-image and self-worth
  • > tools to heal from inequities and micro-aggressions
  • > strategies to manage stress and anxiety
  • > strengthened emotional health and resilience 
  • > approaches to explore relationships and/or family issues
  • > skills to manage finances and financial concerns
  • > knowledge about how to achieve a better work/life balance
  • > techniques to explore educational and career ambitions
  • > solutions to personal and/or professional conflicts

Coaching sessions are conducted individually or as a dyad (with two people who know each other and want to work together). We encourage you to participate in coaching sessions at least once a week for the first three sessions, and then weekly or bi-weekly while we continue to work together. Coaching sessions typically last between 45 to 60 minutes (mutually agreed upon before commencing services) and they take place in person (per BC Public Health orders) and by video/audio contact. Regardless of where coaching takes place, we are mindful about maintaining privacy and confidentiality at all times.

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Cost:

  • $57.00 (individuals) and $110.00 (dyad) for 45 minutes
  • $70.00 (individuals) and $135.00 (dyad) for 60 minutes
