Counselling sessions are for individuals, couples and families. Counselling sessions typically last for 60 minutes but, if applicable and mutually agreed upon before commencing services, can be extended to 80 minutes. Counselling sessions take place in person (per BC Public Health orders) and by video/audio contact. Regardless of where counselling takes place, we are mindful about maintaining privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Cost:

  • $125.00 (individuals) for 60 minutes
  • $145.00 (individuals) for 80 minutes
  • $195.00 (couples) for 60 minutes
  • $225.00 (families) for 80 minutes

Clinical Supervision:

If you are an intern, association candidate or have graduated we can support you review, discuss, and improve your counselling approach, including development of a case conceptualization, and provide guidance and feedback relevant to your specific areas of expertise. Supervision is an integral part of the counsellor’s vocation. It allows opportunities to reflect on your counselling skills and support you emotionally such as offering guidance/mentorship with personal issues so you can provide the most ethical, safe, and effective counselling for your clients. Whether you are new to the counselling profession or an experienced counsellor supervision will help you become a competent counsellor/enhance your competence.
